You ever just see someone make such a terrible mistake, that you're almost sure it was brought on not by natural reasons or decisions but by in-group shenanigans?
Well, anyway, this is a super subtoot about nobody on Mastodon (being serious here about the Mastodon part) but hey good luck to ya, buddy, pal, comrade. I'm sure this will absolutely not only not blow up in your face, but will not make other people see you differently or cause possible audience tensions.
(those last parts with a huge dose of /s)
This is where I know I'm old school because all I'm doing is screaming at the screen about giving certain decisions a lot more thought, especially when you're posting the same stuff publicly in one place but behind a private account in another and wow, seriously, did no one tell you that that was a bad idea?
Not only that, but no matter what internet-brained people say, optics unfortunately do matter quite a bit.
(Then again, in two different occasions, I was shown how little people care and it's one of those things where I can't tell if it's because it's the usual "new generation doesn't care about that", terminally online people, or...something else I missed.)
@naan This is a wild subtweet and I'm very curious lol
@NaClKnight haha I'm sure! For now it shall remain a subtweet though But let's just say that IMO, it must be an "influence of the group"--you know, the kind that's fairly obvious with changes in thought and behavior xD
But then again, what do I know, I'm old school lol.
