@chikorita157@sakurajima.moeTwitter is facing over 2200 arbitration cases that can amount to 3.5 million dollars. I have my doubts Twitter will pay the fees given they didn’t pay most of the bills and rent. This only adds more to their financial woes.
@chikorita157 I'm not a lawyer, but it would be interesting to see if this creates a precedent where companies are forced to accept class action lawsuits, instead of forcing arbitrations.
