Saturday, March 15 ☔️☔️

1. Spent a couple of hours lost in the creative zone (& my photo library) crafting a digital birthday card for my youngest g’daughter — 19 pics from newborn to gorgeous college chickie. The kid has never taken a bad pic!
2. I’m hooked on TV & films from Oz & NZ. Wish I could emigrate.

@paul @jasoncox Also you have to find people you like and follow them. Almost everyone follows back. Not sure what you are into but you hashtag that and post something daily. For me it is #photography or #voteblue etc. I have over 1200 followers who all have their shirts on (mostly) in less than a year

Wings Above the Wild

Look closely, and you'll notice three brown pelicans (Pelecanus occidentalis) in this image, framed by a backdrop that resembles a jungle island. I captured this shot while aboard a ship in the Port of Galveston, where brown pelicans were abundant. After taking numerous photographs, I spent this afternoon sifting through them and deliberately selected one devoid of manmade features to create the illusion of a prehistoric island. Just a bit of fun with photography.
