Lost in the mists of time.
I have a vaguely mental memory self insert stories of Hansel and Gretal as a pre-schooler. Including chewing on the window sill.
If you only mean physically creating...
Well actually the teeth marks on the window sill would count a physical creation.

ROFL. I bit parts out of a book... no I wasn't hungry, but sick and bored. My love for books showed early. My parens weren't pleased.
