I was going to make a recording where I didn’t make any mistakes, but I’m incapable of that at this point in my shamisen journey - that said learning my second song is coming along well!!

1. Incremental shamisen progress! My instructor now knows (if she didn’t already suspect) that I know nothing about music.
2. Naps, and Pokemon sketches.
3. I just alt texted an audio file.

More Shamisen practice, and had my first lesson this weekend! The tuning is a little adjusted from last time, and starting to get the hang of swinging the big spatula like “bachi” to hit the strings a little better - “Sakura, Sakura” #shamisen
