Working on the Mastodon server again while trying to get the web front-end working. Also Laundry day.
The van is currently on a battery charger we got off Ebay and is indicating that it's functioning. Will see when I get home.
Anyone with any ideas on this would be welcome on the frontend. If you know where I could at least find an error.log so I can try troubleshooting.
Follow Glitch
Hi, I’ve learned there is a Mastodon glitch with the follow button.
Even though my settings are set to accept everyone, sometimes it tells people they have to wait.
If this happens, all you need to do is select “Withdrawal Follow Request.”
Confirm the request.
Then select “Follow” again.
It should work right after that.
@chikorita157For Mastodon glitch users, a fix for the unbounded recursion issue aka Forkbomb that also affects Mastodon, which was an issue with Misskey is now out. You should probably upgrade your instance software ASAP so rogue fediverse servers won't bring down your server.
