Die Anstandsmeise lässt sich vom Anstandskehlchen verrteten. Es schaut auf den Frühstückstisch und bestätigt lautstark, dass der immernoch süßwarenfrei ist.

Ein Rotkehlchen singt mit Blick in die Morgensonne, so dass der orange Fleck leuchtet und der graue Rücken im Schatten liegt.

I have had another go at editing using the filmic and local contrast modules in #Darktable before work.

I am much happier with this result, I have also upped my export resolution so I can retain a little more detail.

I have been watching some tutorials on #darktable and tried some new techniques that are quite different to my usual process. Image A is my usual output and Image B is a whole new process for me.

I'm amazed at how trying to achieve the same effect but with different tools has produced quite a different result. I clearly need to do more learning with Darktable!

This afternoon I finally managed to get some good shots of a eurasian wren or #winterkoning in Dutch when it was sunbathing. And here is also a photo of a robin that is pretending to be one.

Batman an' Robin is my favorite bat book, but it wuz a bit jarrin' that the first issue clearly takes place durin' Gotham War, an' yet none a' the aftermath ta' Gotham War happened. Especially Batman abandonin' Damian while under Zur-En-Arrh's influence.

Luckily I'm here ta' repair continuity!

In three comic panels Bruce Wayne, the secret identity of Batman, and his son Damian Wayne, the secret identity of Robin, are driving in the Wayne family sedan. Damian says, "Father, a question. While I appreciate the parental support and bonding we've had in Batman and Robin, aren't you currently fleeing from Gotham in your other books? Helplessly controlled by a rogue backup personality which caused you to abandon me and everyone else? Where does this fit in our timeline?"
