I felt strangely emotional reading Tenohira Size by Tendou Kirin. It's a lovely slice of life story about a divorced mother of three who is trying her best to raise her kids. I liked this mix of children's innocence and yet early understanding of quite serious issues in life. We see just little bits of their life and yet it filled in the picture so well. It's nothing over the top fantastic but I still wish to stay longer with this warm family (a.k.a. wish this manga were longer).

Soshite, Hare ni Naru (And it will be sunny)
Second manga by the same author and I have very similar feelings after reading. It's warm, nice and family-focused but at the same time has a bit of a sad streak going on. Especially if you are able to identify with one of the characters or rather with the issues they handle. I know I did... and kinda felt seen for that. My only issue with this mangaka is that she doesn't seem to like rounding up and detailing her stories, they feel very free-flowing

@ivaliya This looks really good, saving the title!
@reading_recluse I recently read quite a few action and drama packed titles so it was nice to have something lighter and calmer. But I guess these aren't recommendations as such, more like my impressions of lesser known titles from the mangaka that unfortunately is not well-known
