A Melanistic or Black Adder at RSPB Minsmere today.
Today I went for a walk with my camera, I managed to misplace my memory card (yes I was down to just and I lost it) and just don't get the same enjoyment with my camera phone. So I went for a walk today, and just looked for signs of spring, it was so bright out, but the wind was so cold, my nose was less than impressed

It's the time of the year when Bullfinches disappear from the gardens and head to the forests for breeding season.

This one has Birds (Mallards) and a Deer in it. This Deer is a Male Sika Deer.
Sika deer are known for their expressive whistling calls, particularly during the autumn rut, their breeding season. Males can be territorial and engage in vocal and physical displays to attract females.
A couple of young Fallow Deer practicing their Antler fencing in readiness for later in life.
